Our Philosophy

  • Positive Approach: Rediscovering and reconnecting with individual strengths, talents, passions and experiences that provide joy, health and satisfaction in life
  • Highest Self: Remembering and reconnecting with highest and best selves
  • Wholeness: Belief that survivors are naturally resourceful, whole and intuitively have answers within
  • Inspiration: Belief that survivors become and stay healthier when they have an inspiring life vision
  • Individual Attention: Retreats are limited to 10 participants
  • Facilitated Self-discovery: Guiding survivors to listen to their intuition and inner knowing thus accessing personal wisdom
